Support Available
At Carers Link Lancashire we support Young Carers from the age of 6 to 18 years of age. As mentioned, the support we offer is tailored to the individual needs of the Young Carer but also involves a whole family approach.
This support is based on a 'Tier' system: A tier is a level that every young carer is allotted dependent on how much support is needed. For more information about the tiers click here.
