We currently have the following vacancy at Carers Link Lancashire:

PARTICIPATION & ENGAGEMENT OFFICER 

Carers Link Lancashire is looking to appoint a committed and dynamic Participation and Engagement

Officer with the skills and knowledge to effectively engage with carers and professionals, offering

information, support and guidance.

Initially funded until 31st July 2021– subject to further funding

37 hours per week

Various areas in East Lancashire– Head office: Accrington

 

The role involves raising awareness of the charity and its services alongside recognising and identifying all carers.

 

The successful candidate will be able to  organise and undertake a comprehensive programme of outreach and activities across East Lancashire, including the delivery of training whilst developing effective relationships with voluntary, statutory and private sector organisations

 

The successful candidate will be pro-active with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well on own and as part of a larger team

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar role across the voluntary sector.

TEMPORARY VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Carers Link Lancashire is looking to appoint a committed and dynamic Temporary Volunteer Co-ordinator with the skills and knowledge to effectively engage with volunteers, carers and professionals.

Initially funded until 31st March 2020– subject to further funding

37 hours per week

Various areas in East Lancashire– Head office: Accrington

 

Providing a wide range of volunteering opportunities for carers, former carers and the wider community.

 

The successful candidate will be able to provide support and supervision for volunteers registered

with the charity.

 

The successful candidate will be able to identify, recruit, induct and train volunteers in a range of roles

which contribute to the various projects delivered by Carers Link Lancashire.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar role across the voluntary sector.
