Each year, Carers UK promotes Carers Rights Day where hundreds of organisations and thousands of individuals raise awareness of caring, helping to identify carers and signposting them to information, advice and support.

This year, Carers Rights Day will be on
Thursday 20th November 2025

This year’s theme is 'Equality: today and tomorrow'.

We will be holding an Information Day on the 20th November at our Carers Link Community Facility in Accrington, Blackburn Rd., BB5 1LE.

We will be hosting local organisations who can support you in your caring role and ensure you are getting the support you are rightfully and equally entitled to!

The 2025 celebration will also mark the 60th anniversary of Carers Rights Day by Carers UK!
