Carers Active April
(with Carers UK)
This UK wide initiative is aimed at promoting the health and wellbeing of carers through physical activity. Getting active is so important for everybody's health, but especially for carers, many of whom spend more time looking after others than themselves. Carers Active April is a month with a mission to make physical activity accessible and fun!
We are offering a lovely walk with us in each borough! The walks will be led by either local walking organisation staff such as The Ramblers or Walk and Talk, or by our own Carers Link staff.
