We want to meet you and hear your feedback and ideas about our services!
Carers Link Lancashire have launched Carers Voice - a session that will be held every 3 months across the boroughs of East Lancashire designed for us to hear your feedback and get your input, as our registered carers, on our services and upcoming plans.

We take on board your feedback, and we act on it!
Below are recent examples of some suggestions we have received, and
action we have taken:
January 2024: "I would love some outdoor activities, maybe
just walking"
April 2024: Soup and a stroll activity in Haslingden and
e-biking in Clitheroe!
May 2024: "Events I see listed are all at times of day when I'm not able to participate in them [due to being a working carer]"
July 2024: We created a 'working carers' tab on our website with services and events that take place outside 9am - 5pm, and with information for working carers rights!
