Taking a moment to relax

As well as our go2 providers who offer discounted services, we also have volunteers who provide complementary therapies to our carers. These volunteers provide an invaluable service. Carers often neglect their own health & wellbeing, so it is important to take a little time every so often to simply relax.

Most of the volunteer led therapies, which only cost £5.00 per session, are held in Accrington. We are always trying to recruit new volunteers to deliver therapies in other venues across East Lancashire when funds permit, and details will always appear in our magazine.
